How e-Fresh.gr partners with inoqo to engage customers in sustainable shopping

At inoqo, we are excited to announce our new partnership with e-Fresh.gr, Greece’s leading online retailer and the country’s largest and most comprehensive online supermarket. Established to meet the needs of today’s consumers, e-Fresh.gr offers fast, convenient, and secure grocery shopping, featuring an extensive range of products. From fresh produce and household essentials to specialty items sourced from local producers and organic suppliers, e-Fresh.gr is redefining the online grocery experience in Greece.

Goal: To Engage Customers in Sustainable Shopping

In collaboration with inoqo’s Product Impact Assessment solution, e-Fresh.gr is taking significant steps to promote sustainable consumption. By engaging its hundreds of thousands of registered users, e-Fresh.gr aims to increase awareness about the environmental impact of food choices. Through transparent and actionable data, the initiative seeks to inspire consumers to adopt more sustainable shopping habits.

By integrating inoqo’s Product Climate Footprint label into its online store, e-Fresh.gr will offer users clear and accessible insights into the environmental impact of the food products they purchase. This initiative is powered by inoqo’s Product Impact Assessment (PIA) solution, which evaluates the impact of thousands of food and beverage products. The assessments are supported by inoqo’s proprietary impact database, containing over 193,000 ingredient-country specific emission factors. 

This initiative aims to meet consumers' growing demand for sustainability while addressing common barriers such as lack of knowledge and trust. As part of the effort, each user will receive a personalized “climate-resilient impact score,” which will be calculated, regularly updated, and displayed on their profile. This score will enable consumers to track their progress, inspiring them to adopt and maintain eco-conscious habits by showcasing the tangible effects of their choices on the environment.
